Introducing the S-CCATE, a Survey for Educators and Supporting school Staff
To address students' equity, diversity, and mental health needs, the Center for Educational Improvement and Yale University are collaborating on a national project funded by a national Department of Education Supporting Effective Educator Development (SEED) grant. More information about our research project can be found at Compassionate School Leadership Academy (CSLA).
We seek individuals to participate in our Phase II project, which involves disseminating the School-Compassionate Culture Analytical Tool for Educators (S-CCATE) to educators and supporting staff nationwide.
S-CCATE assessments are uniquely designed for schools to guide teams of educators and whole school communities through compassionate transformational change. This cutting-edge social-emotional learning tool helps educators' vision, plan, and monitor progress toward implementing compassionate, trauma-informed classroom practices.
