Tomorrow I am off to India and into another time and space. This leads me to think of culture and the impact of culture on teaching and learning. While the very best teaching practices tend to be universal, certainly culture plays a role in how they are implemented and even in the planning that takes place prior to implementation. What are you doing in your schools or with your schools to assure that culture is considered?
