Kevin Hawkins

Kevin brings over 40 years of experience working with adolescents and young people in diverse contexts, including roles as a teacher, school head, and social worker across the UK, Africa, and Europe. He currently resides in Valencia, Spain, having previously spent a decade in the Czech Republic as the Middle School Principal at the International School of Prague. Kevin received training in mindfulness both in Europe and the USA. In 2012, he co-founded MindWell, a global initiative dedicated to promoting well-being through mindfulness and social-emotional learning within educational communities. Kevin holds the position of Senior Trainer at the Mindfulness in Schools Project (UK) and serves as a facilitator for the evidence-based CARE program (Cultivating Awareness and Resilience in Educators).
